Summit Mountain Properties is a property management company specializing in luxury, unique, and exclusive property rentals, leasing, management and maintenance throughout the Summit County area. We are longtime locals and love everything about the healthy mountain lifestyle and live here because of the many outdoor activities that are always available. We manage homes in Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Silverthorne, Blue River, Keystone and Dillon. Providing services to second home owners throughout the county who are interested in renting their property on a short or long term basis, or who prefer not to rent their property but require maintenance, inspections and upkeep services for their home away from home. We work with each of our valued homeowners on an individual basis, fitting our services with specific needs. Summit Mountain Properties was founded by Cari Huffine in 2007. Cari has been a longtime Summit County resident, moving here in 1998 from the Colorado front range. She began managing properties in Summit County in 2001 combining her creative marketing expertise, attention to detail and network of local resources. Cari has been a licensed Realtor and member of the National, Colorado and Summit Association of Realtors since 2003, and member of the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association. Cari and her team are dedicated to caring for each home as if it were our own, with attention and care. Our homeowners enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that every detail is handled.
Eric Mankowski is Operations Manager at Summit Mountain Properties. Eric holds a BS in Recreation Management from the University of Wisconsin and is CPO® certified. Eric manages the maintenance, inspection, hot tub maintenance, and snow removal operations of Summit Mountain Properties. He is a long time Summit County Local of nearly 20 years.
Summit Mountain Properties has the honor of representing some of the most beautiful homes in Summit County. Our portfolio includes luxury homes on the numerous golf courses throughout the county, impressive ski in - ski out masterpieces, Parade of Homes winners, and unique Breckenridge historical homes. In addition to our short term rental properties, we also manage townhomes and private homes as long term rentals for leases of 6 months or longer, as well as numerous non-rental properties that require maintenance, inspection or snow removal services. We love our homes which we are proud to represent and offer to our guests as vacation homes away from home.
